Which park which day? Epcot/DHS

Okay fellow WDW planners, I am stuck on a fence and need your help picking a side!

I am planning a spring break trip for next April 4-11, a split-stay where the first half is at BWI and just doing Epcot/DHS, then the second half at AKL where we'll bus to MK and DAK. We know just how we want the second half to go (that's the super sentimental portion of the journey) but I'm still waffling on our Epcot/DHS days, and looking for opinions on how others might make their decision.

So we are looking at Sunday, April 5, and Monday, April 6, with a full park day at each of Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
It looks like we can get a similar selection of our preferred meals on either day (although Sci-Fi is a toughie for some reason), so that's a wash.

For what it's worth, TouringPlans currently has DHS as a "6" on Sunday and a "10!" on Monday, while Epcot is 7/8. On the other hand, KennythePirate says DHS is the WORST on Sunday (due to EMH) and both are the "best" on Monday.

So I ask you all, which park which day?

EPCOT seems like kind of a wash no matter what day you choose. Perhaps consider using the EMH for DHS since you're planning a whole a day there anyway? Otherwise I would probably do Epcot then DHS

But as far out as you are, at least one of those predictors could still change

I was thinking the same. Go to DHS on the EMH day, but make sure to get there in time to use it.

Honestly, it looks to me like the parks are not as crowded on the EMH days as they were in the past. Maybe all of the online advice for offsite people to avoid them is catching up. EMH days do make it harder for offsite guests because even if they rope-drop, they will still be behind all of the EMH guests already on lines.

Generally, I do a park the day after EMH as those days as soon as the park opens, seem to be much more crowded.
For Spring Break, it probably isn't going to matter a lot as every day, every park will be crowded.
I would go with whichever park fits better into your schedule.
We don't know if SWGE will have FPs by then.
So for now, I would put AK later into your trip as that increases your chances of getting FPs for FoP if that is important to you.

If any of your Epcot days have the Epcot evening extra hours, pick that as your Epcot day. We went a couple of weeks ago and was amazed at how empty the park was - very short waits for everything. So go for rope drop, stay through lunch at World Showcase then back to BW to swim/chill, return too EP in the evening and then stay for extra hours.
