Which Park is most worth two full days?

I'd do two days at MK. By day 5 you might need to sleep in a bit or at least have a slower morning. With it being your second day there, you won't feel as great a need to run to rope drop. It would also allow you to stay out late the night before. You also might want to leave a little earlier on day two so as to be rested up for a long day at Epcot with your friend.

MK or Epcot. We recently spent 3 in MK, 2 in Epcot, and easily would have enjoyed more time in either or both. We were limited by our 5 year old's stamina, but if it were just DH and I we could easily spend open to close in those parks for multiple days.

Epcot is my very favorite park even with all its flaws and I spend the most time there personally, but with a short trip, I would say 2 days in MK. There are just so many more attractions, it's hard to stuff it into 1 day.

I love both MK and Epcot. If I were going for the first time I would have to pick MK. Having been there many times and with only 5 days I would just go with how I feel at the time to choose between MK or Epcot for a second day.

It's MK.

I could see Epcot if it had more attractions...but unless you just LOVE the atmosphere, MK is where the action is at.

MK or EPCOT. It takes me two days to cover everthing. I like to do World Showcase in two days so I see alot.

No park hopper? For sure I'd do MK the 2nd time - I like spending extra time doing things like riding the train all the way around, riding the Liberty Belle and finding as much of the entertainment in MK as I can on my 2nd half day at MK.

If you have a park hopper - you could do the morning at AK and the rest of the day at MK. I could use a day and a half at AK but then i like to walk all the trails and hang out watching the Gorilla Family. I just love Gorilla's.

We always get 10 day tickets, spend one day at DHS and AK, and then usually 4 days in MK and EPCOT. Occasionally we will skip AK and do an extra MK day, depending on logistics.

With 5 days to spend, I would say two days in MK for sure, there is just SO much to see and do in MK, no way you even come close to hitting all the important things in one day. Heck, we've done 4 or 5 days in MK, and still managed to miss things that we really wanted to do.

With kids, MK. Without kids or with older kids, probably still MK. I could see Epcot as a possibility for two days, but there is so much to do at MK. When a gazillion or so people travel from all over the world each year to visit WDW, you can bet that MK is the prime objective. :earsboy:

I thought MK paled in comparison to Disneyland. I would chose Epcot or AK.
Interesting. It kind of depends on whether the OP has been to Disneyland :)

That's a discussion of its own. For a long time, DL Park *was* DL entirely. MK was never meant to stand entirely on its own (long term). MK does have fewer attractions, for sure.

I have been to DLR twice, I like DL a lot, does MK actually have less to do than DL? It seems pretty similar, and There are definetly enough rides in MK to keep me occupied for a whole two days. It also seems to be different enough that I would find that very interesting. The main thing is I don't want to Park hop, I think if I have to spend a full day in DHS and AK that I could feel I did everything I wanted there. There is a lot in both DHS and AK that I think I will have no probelm filling a full day at both. And Epcot future world, I really think me and my friend will be done and bored with in about four hours, and than can spend the rest of the day in future world, I plan on doing pretty much open to close everyday.

To give you idea about how much I like DLR, I like the rides in California adventure more, but the atmosphere in DL much more. I think one day in California adventure would easily be enough to see and do everything important, but I would enjoy doing all the rides on a 2nd day. I have done HTT and California screaming at least 3 times each, each day I was there. But I really think that DL has more to do and more going on in terms of just seeing and expieriencing things, but the lack or thrill rides is a bummer, but I think MK the rides being "different" would really interest me, like trying to figure out exactly how each "sister" ride is different, for the better or worse. And I'm very interested in doing sorcerers of the magic kingdom.

It hard for me to Judge exactly how much I might enjoy world show case, the concept seems really cool, but I honestly don't think I would want to do two days of it, but I'm not sure.

Does that give anyone enough info to give me different advice?

I vote for MK as well! Even when it was just my husband and myself we always spent multiple days at MK, it's our favorite park!

Definitely Magic Kingdom. I'd rope drop it the first day so you can see the welcome show and get to experience it in the early morning. The second day I'd sleep in, maybe go to Disney Springs to eat breakfast at Wolfgang Puck Express, browse around a bit, then head to MK in the afternoon and stay until it closes so you can experience it at night. This will make the back-to-back thing no problem because the experiences would be very different.
For early morning day, you get: park opening welcome, strolling down a relatively quiet Main Street USA, short waits without FP+ for popular attractions, the ability to use your FP+ later when the crowds build to either hit favorites again or hit the rides you didn't do early in the AM. You can stay as long as you like, see as much as you want (Festival of Fantasy parade at 3pm, plenty of entertainment on Main Street, lots of "anytime" attractions throughout the day).
At night you get: Celebrate the Magic, Wishes, Main Street Electrical Parade, another shot at your favorite rides, an enhanced experience on Jungle Cruise and the People-Mover, and if you stay until after the park's official closing time, the opportunity to see the Kiss Goodnight.

I didn't know the longkiss good night existed, I definetly want to see that. Do any of the other parks have something special like that?

Going February 1st to the 5th, Spending one day in each park, but want to know which day should I spend two in? I'm leaning towards MK or Epcot, but willing to here any arguments for DSH or AK. The current Schedule is: Mon-DHS, Tues-AK, Wen-MK, Thurs-?, Fri-Epcot. My friend that lives in Orlando is coming Monday and Friday, and he wants to do DHS and Epcot. So not sure where I should go for Thursday, should I worry about doing two day at Epcot of MK back to back?

Depending on what you want to see, MK or Epcot are definitely our 2 day parks. Sometimes we do Epcot 2 days and sometimes MK. Epcot is fun for us to just hang out and walk around after the few main rides and MK has more to do as far as rides and parades

Epcot is my very favorite park even with all its flaws and I spend the most time there personally, but with a short trip, I would say 2 days in MK. There are just so many more attractions, it's hard to stuff it into 1 day.

:thumbsup2 This Exactly! Epcot is my favorite park but I'd still have to go with MK.

I didn't know about it either until I joined the DIS. Then I YouTubed it and now I'm determined to see it. So sweet, and for our trip, it should be our final moment in the parks before heading home the next morning.

I'm not aware of anything like it in the other parks.

MK. Definitely.

Epcot could be a 2 day park if you love shopping and eating. Both are great, but having done Epcot several times now, the appeal is just not there in a big way anymore. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my usual one day at Epcot, do what is on my list most of the time, but eh... The food options are varied and keep my interest, but the shopping not so much anymore. You can get just about anything on Amazon, or wherever online, and for cheaper... Looking forward to the updated Soaring and Norway things though! Not a fan of the edutainment type attractions after the 4th time, and seeing little updates...

MK. Definitely. So many more and varied attractions, food, and shopping IMHO.
