I had looked into shuttles but didn't see anything that made sense so plan is to take Lyft. If there's something reasonable for shuttles I'd certainly be open to recs though!
@Baloo in MI Sadly, the EVE shuttle that I originally planned on is suspended. I looked at other “shuttles” but really they were just car services. I plan to Lyft. Are you flying DTW to SNA? Thats my route on Thursday.
Taking a Lyft is the game plan here also. I have to imagine that with so many people coming in at the same time pricing may be a little higher. If this was WDW, I would rent a car. But at DL, staying at the Harbor/Katella area hotels, those parking fees can up quickly.
I'm local, but when I fly out of LAX I use an app called "Shuttle2Anywhere". They have the option of picking up at SNA and dropping off near Disneyland.
Not sure if it would be more cost effective than Lyft, but it's another option.
I take a Lyft/Uber from SNA. Usually 15-45 minutes depending on traffic. Agree around $30-40 before tip. I'm flying into SNA on Tuesday, fingers crossed!
The LAX rideshare situation isn't awful. I like the new LAXit area, easy to find your driver. Terminal 1-3 isn't a far walk, maybe 10 minutes tops in a straight line. Not bad if you only have two roller bags per person, would be hard if you had more than that. I think Southwest is Terminal 1, Delta is 2-3. I think the higher terminals are further and you probably want to hop on the shuttle at that point. I've usually spent around $200 round trip, the airport pickup is usually a lot more expensive than the ride back to the airport due to fees.

We’re local, but Lansky’s is a car service one might consider as they include a stop for groceries, etc. if grabbing some essentials is desired! Lyft/uber are also very decent, basic options especially from SNA
Dang, never fails. Always some type of sickness before leaving for a Disney run weekend. Head cold and turned into a sinus infection at MW. Now I have a gnarly chest cold that came on last night. Hoping to shake it before we leave next week.
