Which park has early entry for on site guests?

We're going on Friday. Which park has early entry for on site guests? I thought it was one or the other but I called and they said all three parks have early entry.

When I am going in July it looks like all 3 parks have early opening, does that affect any park strategy? Obviously regardless there will be big crowds but is there a good plan of attack or anything goes? I have 2-park park-to-park.

I'd still get there as early as possible and do the headliners before the big crowds arrive. Also, doing the Harry Potter areas at dusk is really cool.
