We decided for Epcot on NYE. Mostly because it's SO BIG that even if the park is full, as long as we get the heck away from Future World before 11 we should be OK. And we really want to see Illuminations that night.
We have 2 ADRs that day, I figure this will give us a few hours of "peace" when things get a little crazy.
If you do decide to go to Epcot you should get your ADRs NOW! We have Le Cellier for lunch and wanted to switch it for dinner and it's SOLD OUT already.
