Which park for a mid-morning arrival?

We are planning on going to a park the day we get off DCL. Is there one park better than another for arriving later in the morning? Should we get G+? We usually don't bother with G+ as we haven't found it necessary but maybe it makes sense in this scenario.

We have found Epcot to be the best late morning arrival park. We grab lunch first by the time we finished lunch and we are ready to experience the attractions Future World crowds have moved on except the area around Guardians. We didn't buy G+ for this arrival during Spring Break and did fine.

Can be pretty busy, though, if a weekend. There are all sorts of weekend-only special events to draw locals.

Epcot's large enough I've never considered it too crowded. It can get a bit congested in areas on weekends, though, like around festival food booths.

Are you doing all the parks? If so, we would choose AK for the first day as we don’t find we need a whole day at AK.

We are only doing two days of parks but we will be back in September to do an entire week. So there isn't one park that is more important than the other.

It will be a Thursday. We will also do a park on Friday but we have a normal day.

If we do AK should we buy G+? I never really would in that park but we could start stacking at 7am.

I've used stacking at AK to line things up in the afternoon. And now that you can modify, you can keep modifying if there's availability later on. My husband had played golf in the AM, so I had bought an ILL FOP for the early afternoon. I stacked Navi, the safari, expedition everest for the afternoon. We did lunch at Satuli, then navi, FOP, then walked over to the safari (and saw more animals than I have ever seen) then we did expedition everest.

EDIT: Hollywood studios also works as a stacking park.
