Which park for a Friday in May (30th)?

My family just can't decide:

We arrive on Friday for 8 nights. We always go to Epcot on our first night. However, we were thinking maybe MK won't be that crowded. Our kids have been there a number of times, so being spoiled by going to MK first isn't a factor.

Any suggestions?

What time do you arrive at and did you check the current posted park hours?

MGM is open the latest at this time according to the scheduled hours until 9pm

We arrive around 1:00. I didn't want to stay out too late because we'll have been up early. I'm curious about how crowded MK is on a Friday.
