Camping Griswald - I did take those things into consideration.
My 2nd favorite was the Boardwalk, I love the location, walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The membership expires in 2042 (18 years is a HUGE difference), especially if you take into consideration re-sale. Which I AM NOT thinking about, at all. But when purchasing, possibility of resale is something to consider.
SSR was never an option, because I just didn't care for the location, and property too big (exp. 2054). Animal Kingdom (exp. 2057) seemed too isolated to me and not worth sacrificing what I really wanted to save some money.
I had papers full of mathematical equations, with costs per year including the maintenance fees, to convince my husband it was worthwhile.
