Which one would you pick and why?

While the fact that SSR is newer and close to DTD is a bonus, I really appreciate OKW's simple beauty, quiet atmosphere and larger rooms.

In a studio for 2, I don't like the 2 quen bed arrangement at OKW. I prefer the 1 queen and sofa sleeper arrangement for sitting.
