Which of the parks do you like least

Well I don't have a LEAST favourite, after all they are all Disney and they all have great things to offer, it just depends on your children and yourselves!

We LOVE MK and it is our first and last park to visit on any trip. MK is just ALL about Disney!

As for the other 3, we love MGM (we will always call it that) for Tower of Terror (my fav ride!), Beauty and the Beast, Muppets ( a MUST do for us), the stunt show is amazing, Little Mermaid and Star Tours...I just love being in the park!

Animal Kingdom has far less for us, the safari ride is not very exciting, we do love Expedition Everest, and a Bugs Life...after that I am ready to leave...

Epcot is a two half days park for us...half a day to walk world showcase(although the kids could take or leave that) and then I like to come back one evening to go to Soarin and Test Track, I love the lighted sidewalks and Mousegear is my favourite store!! We might walk thru innoventions or go honey i shrunk the audience but we can take them or leave them.

I think its a personal thing so hopefully you have the park hopping option and can go back and forth between the parks, we always hit two different parks each day..I love some parks during the day and others at night...strange I know but Disney is amazing after dark!!

Good Luck with your choices!!!:goodvibes

I think I read on another thread that you WON'T be having the park hopping feature on your tickets?....which is fine, if you only have 4 days, you won't have time to use it anyways.....spending a full day in each of the parks is normal for a first time visit.

As for spending a half a day on your last day at the parks, I'd have to agree with most of the other posts and say that Hollywood Studios would be a good choice. Depending on what your children can tolerate, they may or may not like/appreciate most of the E rides like Tower of Terror, Rockin Rollercoaster and Star Tours....but might enjoy the more tamer stuff like the Backlot Tour, Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure and all the shows. :dance3:

First off thank you everyone for all the help. We don't have park hoppers. We figured we only had four days, there were four parks just go one each day. I don't think we realized how hard it would be now to decide on which one to do on each day.
I do however think we will be doing Hollywood studios on our last day which won't be a full day. (we will have to leave by 4pm or so)

This is our tentitive 4 day plan

Jul 21-----Animal kingdom
Jul 22 Magic Kingdom (opens 1 hour early)
Jul 23 Epcot
Jul 24 Hollywood studios

This plan doesn't use a lot of the extra magic hours, but the parks seem to be open plenty late enough for our 7 and 5 year old kids anyways.

Thanks again for the help.

My least favourite park is the PARK...ing lot at the end of the day!
Like many others here, there are some good things and some not so good things about each and every park...and the weather, time of year etc. also play into the pros and cons.

I was supposed to be going to WDW at the end of May but I am facing ankle surgery in June so am not up to it...:sad1:
So to all of you guys going, enjoy, enjoy and enjoy:yay:

If I had to pick one park to leave early, it would be AK (and not Studios) for two reasons:

1. MK, Epcot, and Studios each have an evening fireworks show -- Wishes (MK), Illuminatinos (Ep) and Fantasmic (Studios). In my view, the WDW fireworks shows are not to be missed. If you left AK at 4 pm, you would not be missing a fireworks show because AK does not have one. (I think 3 pm or 4 pm is around the time of the character parade around AK).

2. At Studios, a number of the attractions are shows and some of the shows only have 3 or 4 performances a day. This factor can make it difficult for you to efficiently get through the attractions you want to see because, for the shows, its not as simple as just getting in line and waiting for your turn. For example, it may be that the theatre has already reached capacity for the show you've just arrived to see and you'd have to wait until (or come back for) the next show. Having more time to spend at Studios gives you more flexibility to accomodate the show schedules and, as noted above, you'd have the opportunity to see Fantasmic too.

No matter how you decide to do it, I'm sure you'll have fun!
