Which of my ADR's have tip included?

I have no clue where to look to find this info, so I am hoping someone can speak from experience!

Tusker House?
Luau?
1900 Park Fare?
Sci-Fi?
Whispering Canyon?
TRex?
Coral Reef?
Akshers
Ohana?
Chef Mickey?

Also, I know you tip magic express...housekeeping... do you tip BBB? How much? Anyone else?

I can only speak for Tusker House and Akersher and the Dining Plan, but tips are not included. In fact there is a note on the bottom that says that if you would like to leave a tip here is the amount for 18% and 29%. I'm sure some people feel that is really nervy, but we found it helpful becuase there was no figuring and you could still give what you want, just add or subtract a few dollars. I'm pretty sure that no restaurant includes the tip with the dining plan. We paid a tip everywhere we went-Crystal Palace, The Wave, Akersher, Beirgarten, Tusker House, and Boma.

At CRT the tip is included when you're on the dining plan. On the Disney World site online, check out the list of restaurants on the dining plan - they state on that list which have the tips included.

CRT, dinner shows and in-room dining include gratuity. Here is the link of the 2011 dining plan:

As for tipping at BBB, they go back and forth on this. It was allowed, then it wasn't and I think it is now again according to a post I read in November. I would just ask and tip according to price paid/service, not including clothing/accessories.
