I am torn on which nursery bedding to choose...can you help? We don't want anything to "baby" but want something a little different than a lot of people have. I could not get the pics to show up so gave the links. That way you can zoom in on them and stuff to really get a good look at them.

OK, why are my pictures not showing up? Forget it - added links instead.

what are the names of the bedding sets? I'm all into baby betting becuase I paint M2M wall letters so I'm very curious to see your choices.

I like the first one the best. However, you can't use the comforter for at least a year (and they never stay under them), and don't they also say no to bumpers now? :confused3 I ended up with something gender-neutral, so I could use it again (and I also never found out the sex of my kids).

Yes, the quilt will be hung on the wall on a quilt rack and the bumper will not be used. It seems like a waste to even have yto buy the bumper but it comes with the set. Also, we will not be getting everything that is offered, just the bedding and wall art and MAYBE a lamp.

I like the 1st and 2nd but they're all cute! I think the 1st would be the easiest to find more matching stuff too.

I wanted something different too; girly not baby. I actually made the valance & crib skirt, etc. When DD was about 1, I went into a bedding store and saw a pillow and thought how wonderful it would go in her room... Upon looking further I found an entire bedroom set in the exact fabrics! I ended up buying the set and she still uses the valance and the little cushion I made for the small rocking chair. I was bummed that my original idea wasn't so original.

Good Luck.

Not sure why it will not let me vote but I am the odd one out, I like # 3.

I like them all, but like 2 and 3, especially 3, better. I like a little dash of 'girly'. Have you seen this collection at Target ?

That is really cute! But a little bit to much white for my taste. White gets so dirty! :lmao:

I think #3 is going to be my favorite too. It is girly without being to girly. If that makes sense.

Definitely #3 :) Very pretty while being more grown up looking. I've seen people use the bumper pads to make wall hangings as well....might be something you could do with one if it came in a set.

I like 1 because I think it would transition into other things easily. Like when she gets older and moves into the toddler bed you could still add things like disney princesses (which lately has been what every little girl here has wanted) or just regular princess (etc) things to it.

What are M2M wall letters?
Made to match letters that spell a child's name or a word, painted to match your child's bedding. I would post a link to my webstore, but I think that's not allowed here. If you check ebay you'll see lots of boutique wall letters.

I really like your choices, your dd's room will be lovely!

I really like all of them, and I tend to be picky about baby bedding. That said, I like #3. At first I liked #1, but there isn't a lot too it except for the crib sheet, although I love dots. The third is very sweet and can grow with baby.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

Number 3 gets my vote! It's colors are trendy and the pattern is not overwhelming. It's very fresh and fun:) I also love that the website gives you color swatches to take to match the paint. From a designers stand point I would definately keep the room light and stay clear of too much pink to keep the design clean. Green sheers on the windows with cute embroidered butterflies would be nice. Accent with chocolate brown rugs or green pillows, throws and wall pictures. Dark brown crib and furniture would go well too and make the bedding pop. Have fun with it and good luck with your choice:)
