which non Buffet restaurants?

We are going to change our plans since we decided to buy the Dining Plan. We orginally thought the buffets/character breakfasts would originally give us "more for our money" but now that we are buying the dining plan we would actually be better off with getting more bang for your buck by not doing so many buffets and go for more sit down dinners because you can order more money worth in dollars with the same 1 coupon value as the buffets/character meals. So since I did not do any research on the best sit down dinners worth 1 coupon could you please offer suggestions.

So far what we have is:

Whispering Canyon - (D)
Royal Table (B) (2 coupons)
Crystal Palace - (D)
Mickeys Breakfast
Hoop Dee Doo (2 coupons)
Boma (B and D)
Trails End (D)
Park Fair (D)

Are there any I should change to a nicer sit down dinner and which should I leave? We 21 coupons for our 7 days and decided to pay cash for the Royal Table and thought maybe a breakfast or two we should pay cash for all well. What do you all think?

I am dying to go to Whispering Canyon. Check out the food and fun photos if you haven't yet. If I had an extra day for dining, I would do that one hands down! It's looks like great food and a great time!

Whispering Canyon is wonderful!! I can't say it enough! The skillet is delicious, the chocoalte cake is out of this world and the fun is just great!!!
