I have wicked motion sickness on rides. I've tried sea bands, dramamine, ginger gum, etc.....to no avail. I'd like to be able to enjoy some of the rides with my kids. Did I just see a recent thread that mentioned that some of the motion simulator 3D rides have non-moving seats? That may be a game-changer for me. Which of the rides is this an option for? Is there a separate line for those seats or is it just first come first served? If you don't get one, can your family hang back for the next ride?

There are other motionless seats on ride but my brain is fried right now and can't think

The TM announces motionless seating are up front when you enter
Signs also indicate this seating

Doesn't Minions have a non-moving area?

My first thought reading 'Motion simulator with non-moving seats' was Yeah, it's called a "bench". :duck:

DM I already listed
That is the minion ride

It has motionless seats

Terminator 2 3d has a little bit of motion at the very end and I think they also have non motion seats.

One nice thing about the stationary seating at Despicable Me is that you can often bypass the long line. More than once I have asked a TM at the entrance to the EP queue and was allowed to go through that queue rather than the full line. (Don't think I've ever been refused, but I've never gone during peak season.) Those seats seem to be rarely used - only once or twice have my wife and I had any company there, and the effect of the attraction is still very good - perhaps because you're right in the front.
