:sunny: Hello all,

We are currently booked for a December Eastern cruise but my husband would like to change it to April 16th 2005. I think it would be very crowded during the April month...???

Which month would you prefer? or any comments would be much appreciated! traveling with hubby and 3 yr and 12 yr old.

Thanks!!:bounce:

Hi! We have been on 7 Disney Cruises at various times of the year and the holiday decorations in December are GREAT!!! It is simply "magical" on the ship during the holiday season. We also liked seeing the decorations in the Bahamas - in town and how the merchants decorated for the season! We do remember the water at CC being a little cold - but we live in Florida and we are sissies when it comes to cold water!! There were alot of people swimming and enjoying themselves and the weather was perfect.

April is also a good time of the year to go - in fact we are going April 30,2005.

Anytime is a GREAT time to be on a Disney cruise!! The crowds were really no different at either time - the ship is so big and there is so much to do that you do not notice.

Have fun and enjoy -
Jean

Princessdaisy,
I can tell you that Easter next year is very early, so that date would be well after it. The ship usually runs pretty full, so when you go doesn't make much difference with crowds, only fare. I think the weather is nicer or at least more predictable in April, and boy that would cut quite a bit off your countdown, wouldn't it? I always think the sooner the better as long as the finances are there.

:) Thanks guys!! It is such a hard choice...April nice weather and December x-mas decorations! sigh...and believe it or not, the cost is EXACTLY the same for either cruise (even though, my daughter will have turned 13 by the Dec. cruise).

I need to make a choice soon.....

I originally booked us in Dec '04. But when I mentioned it to my DD10, she objected!!! She wants to be home for Christmas (is secretly afraid Santa won't find us). I even tried to convience her about the holiday decorations at WDW and CC, but she won't budge. So I changed our cruise to 4/05.

Sue

p.s. In a way I'm glad SHE made the decision as I DO like being home for the holiday.
