We have taken our DS to POR when he was 3 and 4. We love it! They playground is assume. You can go over to POFQ by boat or walk. So you have the best of both worlds as far as the pools go. Plus POR has 4 quite pools! Your DD can go fishing, rent a surrey(DS loved this), take the boat to DTD (DS loved that as well). What little girl would not love a horse drwan carriage ride at night!!

You also have a very nice food court. Made to order salads and pasta bar were our favorites there. Then Boatwrights sit down Restaurant is fantastic! Our DS feel asleep at the table there after a long day at the parks. Luckily he had brought along his stuffed toy and he used that as a pillow. LOL! So we skipped dessert but their dinner was fantastic.

Oh and then go over to POFQ to have their beignets for either breakfast or a dessert! Your DD will love the mess they make and they are soooo good.

We have never had a problem with the buses. Always got on the first one leaving the Parks. the worst time I ever had was waiting for a bus at AK to take us to AK lodge. We waited an hour!!

I recommend POR over POFQ. It has much more to offer and the better playground as well. But you can pool hop between the 2. We never did though. POR also has boat rentals too that you could do there.

I have visited CSR but not stayed there. I did not like they way their food court is run. I have heard that they are not run by Disney and that their food is more expensive. So check into whether that is true. We were going to eat there but it did not seem very family friendly to us with all of the Convention people there in thier suits and such.

HIGHLY recommend CSR! Have stayed at CSR and CBR twice each and visited friends staying at POFQ and imho, CSR wins hands down for best bus service, best pool (not as crowded), best food court, and of course it had clean and comfortable rooms, great service, and wonderful theming.
Btw, the food court is run differently at CSR and is better. The food is better, fresher, and there are more choices. It doesn't feel like you are eating at a food court at all.

Wow, we dissers sure are passionate about our favorite resorts! Ssusca, I sure would like to know what you decide on! Any where you choose, I'm sure you and your family will have a great vacation!!!

If you are still interested in a mod I would call every so often because people will make cancellations as it nears the 45 day mark. The only mod we've stayed at is CSR and we loved it so much we're returning. It's a pretty resort the pools were never crowded, we loved the quiet pools and thought the resort had a very relaxing feeling which we enjoyed when having a break from the parks. We thought the Pepper Market was the best counter service, we even came over to eat there a couple of times when staying at the Pop & AS sports, even with picky eaters we found a good selection to choose from. We rent a car but I've heard they have the best bussing and CSR is at the front of the line at the bus stops when coming out of the parks. We also love their hot tub, I beleive it's the biggest one on property. I have a friend who recently stayed at CBR and said it was looking a little run down. CSR has a great poool, terrific non-shared transportation and awesome food choices. The pools and buses are generally less crowded because of the convention aspect. Check out my CSR website for pics and info.

CSR for us too. I love room service and it's the only mod to offer it. However, that is the least of the reasons. The CMS are FANTASTIC, the pool area is so much fun and the resort itself is gorgeous. Besides all this, there's an internal shuttle AND not just the best food court at WDW but a real live sitdown, order from a menu restaurant!
