which moderate, cs, por, or cb

trying to decide on a moderate for possible june trip? going to stay at moderate. already been to pofq. my wife like cs but i am leaning to one of other two. pros and cons for each. have read some reviews but i know you guys here are the real experts.

I too have been wondering the same thing. We have also been to PoFQ last year (we had a great time but want to try something new)our trip is in August this year. I think we are leaning towards CS but no ressies yet so I am still flexible!!

I've stayed in both POFQ and CSR. To me CSR is the best resort for the money at WDW. I say if it had a monorail it would be a deluxe. No other mod has the views, food quality/quantity, or pool like CSR. Go with CSR and run!

I like Caribbean Beach the best, b/c I like the theme. I would look at pics of the resorts on the internet and choose the theme that appeals to you most.

Another vote here for Coronado Springs. We thought it was fantastic!

We have been to CSR, and CBR, and prefer CSR:

Better pool area, longer slide, area not so broken up (easier to keep an eye on the kids), and hot tub, larger( you don't feel like you are sitting on some stranger's lap)

We felt the bus service was better (seemed like it took forever to get aound CBR)

CSR is big, but it didn't seem as spread out, as CBR.

CBR was a bit too big for our taste. Luckily, we were close to the main pool, and food court, but if we hadn't been, I think we would have been unhappy. THe bldg we stayed in is now preferred, and costs more/night.

But to be fair to CBR, the tropical feeling was very relaxing, and we preferred the food court here.

I like the CBR because of:

theme/landscaping
pools
Old Port Royale
beaches/hammocks
boat activities

Our family choice would be CSR. We call it the SW Tropical "deluxe-moderate". Buzz's website really does do a nice job of covering it all. It is the newest moderate (CBR the oldest) and I think each time they add alittle bit more to their planning to make it nicer. Best pool, water amenities, varied theme/landsape, beaches & waterview, upscale food court, good transportation.....

We also love POR and would return in a heartbeat. A completely different theme and it is very family oriented. A very relaxed and comfortable feel to it. Pool seemed to be more crowded than CSR, but probably because many CSR guests are at conferences during the daytime.
