I know that Hoop de Doo needs a credit crad in advance to hold your spot.

We have pre-paid for Hoop Dee doo, and now they require a credit card to hold California Grill.

Akershus requires a credit card too. (Princess breakfast at Norway in Epcot.)

They used to require a credit card for all Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, etc reservations. But when I made my Thanksgiving ADRs today, I didn't have to give a credit card.

Mickey's BBQ was a pre-pay. Other restaurants also require a credit card to hold the reservation, but don't charge your card - the card is just in case you're a no-show, they will charge a cancellation fee. You'll always be told when you make the reservation, though.
