Which meals are gratuity included?

I don't think any have the gratuity included. I do know that they add it to your total if your party is of a certian size, but I am not sure on the number.

The price for the dinner shows (Hoop De Doo, Spirit of Aloha and Mickey's Backyard Barbecue) includes a gratuity.

Cinderella's Royal Table is supposed to include a gratuity on the dining plan. I don't know how it works on a regular reservation. I believe it is either included in the price or paid for at booking.

You are correct! We ate just ate at HDDR on Sat. and tip was included as well as CRT. If paying cash at CRT, it is included in the price you pay at time of booking.

If you pay using a DDE, they almost always tack on 18% (but check your receipt, sometimes they don't).

If your party is six or more, they automatically add 18%

I wasn't sure if they changed the shows or not. But that's good to know.
God I wish they go back to the tip included. When were were there on April it was so confusing with all the different receipts. The waste of paper and making them tell us about the tip. I felt bad for them. They are getting hurt by this. Every waiter & waitress I had spoke wasn't happy! It was so much eaiser on are end cause you didn't have to worry about that. Sorry I'm venting!
