I am having a hard time deciding. We have never eaten at Wine Country or Cafe Orleans? Which one do you think is better?

It will be me, DH and DD 8 and DS 6.........

We will be there on Tuesday!

Thanks in advance!

If I had to choose only one, I would pick Cafe Orleans, I love the Monte Cristo and Pommes Frites! :goodvibes

Love both places! We tend to select between the 2 depending on what we're doing. Lately we've been hitting DCA right at opening to beat the TSMM lines which puts us at wine country for lunch. They have fantastic salads and you can have a beer or glass of wine with your meal if you care to.

I really like them both, but for lunch I would choose Cafe Orleans. The three cheese monte cristo is amazing, and of course the pommes frites.

If you and your family have a "picky pallate" than I would go with Wine Country, it just has more familiar dishes. Plus, I love the atmosphere more. Cafe Orleans, while in my favorite part of DL, seems a bit crowded. WCT is more spread out and more relaxing to me.

Cafe Orleans, we did Wine Country Trattatoria for my bday meal and we were not impressed. DD9 barely ate her pasta, she didn't like the sauce, I had pasta w/alfredo, it was good but not great, DBF had the lasagne, it was good but not great, DD13 had pasta with no sauce, and even that wasn't great. LOL We were disappointed and we are unlikely to eat there again. Cafe Orleans on the other hand, always has something we will all eat and the Pomme Frites are soooooooooooo good!!!!!!!!!

DH and I went to Wine Country for dinner last week. It was okay. They had some sandwiches that looked good. We had the Lasagna and a salad. I would compare it to Olive Garden. We have been to Cafe Orleans many times and LOVE it. We tried the ratatouille recently. It was so good we went back the next day and had it again. Like OP's have said the pomme frittes are great and so is the monte cristo and the beignets.

I prefer Wine Country Trattoria, since I find the menu selections there more appealing. Cafe Orleans offers the Monte Cristo which I won't eat, and I don't think the salads are that great. The pomme frites are good, though! It really depends on what you like to eat. Oh, and you can get wine and beer at the Trattoria, which is not an option at Disneyland.

We always eat at WCT. DD does not like anything at CO except pomme frittes. Plus our last trip, our service and food were aweful at CO. The manager even refunded our money as she agreed it was a disaster.
We always get the alfredo type lasagna and DD gets the grilled cheese. Plus like someone said, DH can get a nice glass of wine and it's not as loud or crowded as CO
