Trying to decide whether to do La Nouba @ 6:00 or 9:00pm. Since you need to arrive AT LEAST 30 min. ahead for seating, where do you eat dinner?

Thinking:
before the show --
Wolfgang Puck Cafe - very close to Cirque and pretty good food
Flying Fish or Kuzzina - great food both and could eat as early as 5:30 to enjoy food and still get to DTD by 7:45?

after the show --
Flying Fish (love their food)
Jiko - great food, wonderful resort, could get in pretty easy

Any other thoughts?

We did this on March 17th and had a great time. I chose our La Nouba show time based upon the best seating that was available. We ended up going to the 9:00 show and having dinner at 6:00 at House of Blues. We really enjoyed our supper. My DH had the Shrimp Poboy, DS had the hamburger, and I had the BBQ sandwich, my DD had kids chicken and fries. The hamburger was the only thing that was not wonderful. We were not on the DDP so we paid OOP using our TWI card...so the meal was very reasonable. This gave us plenty of time to walk around DTD and check out the West Side which we normally wouldn't do. I wish the Characters in Flight was open that night because that would have been something else fun to do.

We were tired by the time the show started...actually the little preshow started about 10 mins before show time. There were lots of people coming late too!! If we did it again we would try to get in a nap before we headed to DTD.

I hope you have fun no matter what you choose!!

I prefer the later show since there is less children (although my DD3 did love it and stood awake and alert for it) and I also prefer dinner and then the show (but thats just me).

I think you should eat at WPC since its close by and you won't have to rush.

We (3 adults) went to the 9:00PM show and had dinner ADRs at Raglan Road for around 5:30 PM. We had a leisurely dinner and still had plenty of time wander over to La Nouba and catch the pre-show. (Our meal at RR was quite good.) We were able to get a bus back to our resort (CSR) quite quickly after the show let out.
