which Kindle Fire Case did you buy?

Staples has them on sale but most of them were sold out. I didn't see any that I liked and I would like to see it/touch before I buy it. That's why I won't just order one. Anyway which one did you buy and do you like it? I would like a hard cover one that I could put in my purse to take it with me and be assured nothing will happen... Thoughts?

The night I got my Kindle, I looked at a couple stores and didn't see anything I liked or was willing to pay for. I did find a sleeve on sale for $10, so I picked it up so I would have some protection until I found something I really liked. (I have a little one and a cat in the house.)

I ordered it and love it! I figured if I didn't like it, I was only out $6.95. The shipping was super fast! I did see after the fact that I could have ordered it in a different color, so I wish I would have looked around a little more. But I love it and have no complaints.

I got 2 of my kids Kindle Fires for Christmas.

One in blue, and the other in green. It comes in other colors too.

It was important to me to get them the same brand/type etc. and one has blue as his favorite color, the other green...this was the best/least expensive brand/type I could find that came in both blue and green.

There was a little wait for shipping, because the blue was out of stock when I first ordered (though it didn't say that on the website--I got an email just after placing the order) but they upgraded to priority shipping for free and I had it in time for Christmas.

My kids seem happy with the covers.

I got this one. I really like it. I didn't like the ones that only secured the KF in the corners. This one, the whole KF is slipped into a pocket securely.

I love the quality of Oberon Design covers and have one for each of my kindles (original and the fire). They are a little pricy, but the quality is far superior to some of the cheap ones found on Amazon.

I bought the same one as ah1126 - except in purple. We shopped around for one that my daughter would like - it had to be purple. So finally after a week of driving around town and not finding one she would be happy with, I ordered it from Amazon - got it within a few days, fits perfect and she is happy with it.

I too didn't want to buy one with out seeing/touching it first. I ordered this one after my boss brought his daughters into work so I could see it. I liked it because it doesn't cover the edges of the Kindle. It holds the device in the case very solidly (is that a word?). I read reviews and some of the people were complaining that the ones that go around the whole edge sometimes interfere with the devices touch screen. So I went with this one since it barely touches the front of the device.

I bought one from M Edge that folds into a tripod shape so I can prop the Fire up and watch a movie if I want. Mine is red and my daughter's is purple. It also comes in blue.

I bought this one: MARWARE in the red. It protects my KF while in my purse and also unzips and flips to have a secure reading environment while I'm reading. I didn't want a case that just protected the front like a cover...I wanted something to protect the whole KF (in case one of my lip glosses leaked or a pen exploded lol). I LOVE it and am very happy with the purchase. plus the red makes it easier to find it in my purse .

That's the one my DH and I bought for ours - The Fire drops into a solid case all the way around, and then the cover can open and be secured back by an elastic, and it also works to be propped up. I liked it because the Fire is securely "clicked" into the case, not just by the corners.

I bought this one, too. I haven't gotten it yet -- just ordered my Fire and the case this morning, so I won't get them until tomorrow -- but it looks just like the case DH has for his iPad, which I love.

Really like it and I think they have styles for the Fire also. They ship from England, so don't believe them when they say it'll come in 2 days but mine did arrive quickly.
