I have a month before I book ADRs, and almost everything is set or flexible, except CRT. I’m assuming it’s going to be hard to get and I can’t/won’t book it both days “until I decide.” Also, my SIL has trouble with crowds, so we want to do the Garden Plaza dessert party so it’s less claustrophobic.

December 1 and 3 are Party days, which we’re not going to, so December 2nd is our only chance to see HEA.
Orinally Dec 1 was Epcot and Dec 2 was MK, but we have hoppers.

Option A, Original Plan
Dec 1 Epcot. CS meals or a spontaneous same day ADR.
Dec 2 RD MK. Lunch at BOG. Dinner at CRT. Dessert Party for HEA. It’s a lot of eating for us though. Dinner from 4-6:30ish, and dessert buffet at 7:30?!

Option B
Same days but pray for no EMH and book BOG for breakfast and CRT for lunch. Downside: if AM EMH happens we won’t be able to eat at BOG. :(

Option C, Hop both days
December 1 RD MK. Lunch at BOG. Hop to Epcot in the afternoon. CS dinner.
December 2 start in Epcot. CS lunch. Hop to MK for dinner at CRT and Dessert Party.

This is my nieces’ only trip so we really want to do both.

Thank you!

Also, second question- would you book FP for the first park or the second park of the day?

What about the MK after fireworks dessert party? That would give you a little extra time between food. I would do PPO BOG breakfast (I personally like it better than lunch though lunch is slightly cheaper), early dinner at CRT and the after fireworks dessert party unless you don’t think the kids won’t make it that late depending on their age. That maximizes your park time.

With Dec 2nd being a Monday it is highly unlikely there will be MK EMH that day. That would be very different from their usual schedule. Unless you don’t mean EMH and are just thinking an early park opening. Last December 8am openings were pretty rare esp that early in the month. Though depending on crowds it’s definitely possible.

The kids might make it to the After fireworks dessert party, but the following day (December 3) is a super early RD day for SWGE, so we don’t want to be up really late. Of course, the virtual queue entry for SWGE might allow us to sleep in... glad it’ll be open for a while before we go so we’ll know how it’s working.

I’ve had both breakfast and lunch, and we’re on the DP so cost doesn’t matter. But EMH or 8 am opening, both cut into prime ride time. With super a big group it’s hard to plan everything! Normally I tweak things right up to our trip.

option 2 or 3 would work but try for the latest CRT lunch - 2:50 pm it looks like.
it will be a real bummer if you are too stuffed from CRT to enjoy the desserts. CRT is a ton of food- everyone gets an appetizer, entree and dessert. as for park hopping and FP+ the way you have it laid out - I'd get FP+ for the first park, early and then grab a 4th, 5th etc at the other park. If it were me, I'd do option 3 but I love to hop and would not want to do BOG and CRT on the same day.
