Which island at Polynesian do you recommend?

Which island at Poly do you recommend and why? Does that island have balconies on all floors?

If anyone is going to Poly in early November, what are you paying?

We stayed in Tokelau, and I loved it! All rooms have a patio or a balcony. We were right next to the quiet pool, and a short walk to the volcano pool and the Great Ceremonial House. The bus stop was an even shorter walk. We were also very close to the Ticket and Transportation Center.

I think Polynesian fans have an attachment to a particular longhouse, so the responses you'll get will run the gamut.

Depends on what you are looking for. Convenience to a certain part of the resort, quietness, smoking etc. We have stayed at niuie, before it became a smoking longhouse, aeorotora, I didnt chose this, we only request a garden view room and that is all that was available. Our view was of the parking lot/monorail and we could hear the music from the luau, we have stayed at samoa, 1st floor, volcano pool view and I have requested that again for our upcoming trip, don't know if we will get it or not. My priorites are being close to the volcano pool for the ds, being close to captain cooks, for their mug runs and occasional snacks and close to the gch. I am not looking for a spectacular view because we really dont spend that much time in the room. Last time we joked with the boys when I opened the curtain, first I yelled volcano and then they saw the pool, they thought it was awesome. I also requested this because our 1 ds has asthma and I want him to get back to the room if he gets an attack during swimming. I would also be happy with rarotonga too, but nothing 2nd floor because only the 1st and 3rd floor have balconys. Good luck deciding. Sorry about the nov. price, I dont know. My aunt is going to the poly in oct. on the pkg. but hasnt got the final price yet.
