Definitely OKW. Been there when it was just about filled and youd never know it. And like PP said, request one away from buses turn-arounds

We didn't have any issues with noise at OKW, but I've heard that the lower floors sometimes have issues because of the new flooring.

Have you considered CR Garden Wing? Haven't stayed there yet (will be this Aug) but I've read that it is quiet. Hopefully I've read right!
