Which is hardest BCV unit to get?

We just bought in to BCV (well it's not final, but we did pass ROFR) and I'm wondering if any particular size unit is harder to come by then the other. For example do studios typically get taken up first or do the 2 bedroom units get booked quicker? If people book a studio, leaving a 1 bedroom available, are the 1 bedrooms easier to book further out?

The most difficult units to get at the BCV are the dedicated 2 bedrooms that have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom (as opposed to the dedicated 2 bedroom units that have 1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa in the second bedroom).

The point requirements for all 2-bedrooms are the same, whether they have 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom or 1 queen and 1 pull-out sofa, and also regardless of whether they are dedicated 2 bedrooms or a "lock-off", which is a studio unit that adjoins a 1 BR unit via a connecting door. Here's my guess on what books up quickest at BCV

Tie - 1: 2 BR with 2 queens in 2nd BR
Tie - 1: Studio
2. Any other 2 BR unit
3. 1 BR

There are only 25 dedicated 2BR with 2 queens in the 2nd BR. I'd give that a marginal edge over studios just because there are more studios that can be booked.

BCV owner here and my experience is that Studios are easy to come by on Friday and Saturdays, since they use more pts. then standard view studio at BWV and folks would rather save pts. and you are still staying around the broadwalk area. Last week I checked and they still had BCV studios for June. And this is 1 month out.
