Which is better?

WE will be staying at the rpr and was wondering is it better to be higher up or be on a floor lower down. Putting noise, accesibility(sp?) to everything and also on view in to the picture what would you all reccomend. thanks

We stayed on the 6th floor in Tower One and loved it. Had a great view of the parks, City Walk, the Hulk and Dr. Doom. We specifically wanted a room at the end of the hall away from the elevators so it would be quiet.
