Which if any Deluxe resorts have sauna

Hello. Do any of the deluxe resorts (fitness centers) have a dedicated sauna. In other words, that wooden room that you would sit in and it gets hot?
Also, do any of the fitness centers have a steam room.

Old key west has one at their pool in the lighthouse!

I was looking up Boulder Ridge at Wilderness Lodge and someone mentioned that it has a sauna room in the fitness center. Not sure if it is true or not or if it is just a steam room.

Sturdy Branches at BRV does has a sauna. DH uses it often!

I have seen one at the Contemporary. It is in the gym that is on the 3rd floor. (This is the wooden sauna kind)

Besides Animal Kingdom Lodge, you can also find a sauna and steam room at Disney's Boardwalk Resort. Additionally, resorts that offer a sauna are Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, and Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort. As a reminder, the saunas and steam rooms are only available when an attendant is on duty so you will want to confirm those hours before trekking over for for some therapeutic down time."

You would have to be staying at the WL to get into Sturdy Branches, it's only available by key card access.

Just to add more information to this great answer from @Mle8308. All the resorts restrict access to only alow their own guests. The only exception is the Spa at Grand Floridian which is a paid offering.
