Just to underline what Spicey said. The CABINS at FW offer bunk beds ( and the Murphy bed in the living room)
The AKL + WL both offer bunk beds in some of their rooms. I don't believe they are in ALL of their rooms so you would need to specify that bunkbeds are what you want. It is also worth mentioning that if there is a specific reason (i.e. you have teen kids of different sexes who would be embarrassed to share a bed) for wanting bunk beds as opposed to it being something you think would be "more fun" for twin 7 Y old boys. Disney will prioritise the requests if there is an over demand of the bunk bed room types.
