I was just curiuos, I was looking around on Universal Orlando's website, I can not afford to stay at one of their on-site hotels, I would love too, was looking at the Hard Rock, that would be cool but can't do it. So I see they have pretty good deals on other hotels in the area and was just curious as to which ones you have stayed at and what you would recomend. Thank you so much for your help.

I am sad to say that Green Eggs and Ham is closed and they have no plans to reopen it, I sure wish I would of got there before it closed, so sad.

Do you mean off site hotels?

And if you want a green eggs and ham, just go get an egg mcmuffin. They tasted the same.

Yes I meant off-site hotels, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.:)

We stayed at The Doubletree on Major BLVD and it was a nice hotel and is only a 10 min walk to Universal and we are actually going to stay there for 2 days in JUly and then move on to 3 days at RPR

Check out Hyatt Place Universal.

We're thinking of staying here our last night as the price for Dec 26 jumped to twice as much even with the APH discount. What did you think of it? We can get a pretty good rate with our Gov. discount.

check out the other disboard for orlando hotels.
you will find more opinions there

i'm not following what you mean.

people that have stated an off site hotel have previously stayed at that hotel.

we just share our personal experiences on where we have stayed.

many posters will share the positive and negative on hotels where they have stayed
