Hi I have two hotels that i have reserved , they are the best western park place inn or I can stay at the hojo which one would you stay at ? I have heard good about both but i am worried about the freeway noise at the hojo any input would be great ... thanks :confused3

I would stay at the BWPPI, it's closer and you won't have to wotrry about freeway noise at all. Plus it gets really good reviews on this board.

Thanks thats the one I am leaning towards since i now it is straight across the street ....

You cannot beat directly across the street! Go for the Park Place Inn.

BWPPI is great since it's directly across the crosswalk and it has a refrigerator, microwave and continental breakfast. The pool however is small. If you plan on spending time at the pool, Hojos has a great pool for kids. It is a farther walk though.

IMO Hojo's is a nicer hotel with a better pool, much nicer grounds, nicer rooms, and a convenience store. Just comparing hotels and nothing else, I would stay at Hojo. It is further away from the gate than BWPPI, but so is everything else.

If I had the choice I would choose Hojo because the extra walk is no big deal to my family and me.

Free Breaky at BWPPI:thumbsup2

No Free Breaky at HoJo

If you are on a budget (who isn't) this always helps!

Just a thought in case this could be important or helpful to your vacation

Just another opinion....we haven't ever stayed at the BW but it seems that the convenience of walking across the street would be a big perk - especially if you have small children. If they aren't so small and they don't mind a small walk (maybe 5 minutes ?), the HoJo is really nice! We have stayed there once and I really loved it because of the pool area and landscaping. I think they have three pools? maybe it was two... but the main pool is good size and they have a really nice toddler pool (good size too) and a really fun spray fountain area that my kid just LOVED! The rooms were nice and we couldn't hear ANY freeway noise (maybe you could request a room away from the back side of the hotel ???) It is close to Mimi's Cafe which has fabulous food (not too expensive and huge portions) and they will deliver it to your room! Also, there is a McDonald's on the way to the park.
The downside is that they don't have a breakfast or a shuttle but you could pay the $$ and take the ART (anaheim shuttle).
I'd stay at the HoJo's again but my husband is completely sold on the Candy Cane Inn so that is where we go. We just got back from Disneyland last week! Hope you have a great trip! :goodvibes
