Which Heathrow hotel?

So I've narrowed it down to 3 hotels with parking packages that allow you to stay the night of your return rather than on the way out, which is what we need for our Tokyo flights.

All are on the Hoppa bus route.
Any opinions on which to choose?

Sheraton Skyline
Renaissance
Park Inn

I used to stay there a lot when I lived in Scotland & was coming through LHR a couple of times a week.
Not stayed there for a while now though but it's a Sheraton so it should be good.
Safe travels & have a great trip.
