Which Guest Services is best in my situation?

We'll be arriving at wdw on Saturday, 11/26 (Black Friday weekend) and we are planning to attend Early Morning Magic the next morning. We will need to activate our tickets early as our package doesn't begin until Monday, 11/28. I figured if we activated them on Saturday, we'd be able to get fastpasses set for Sunday. I had been figuring we would just go to Disney Springs to get our tickets activated, but I'm getting concerned it'll be a mob scene, being Black Friday weekend and all. Is that still probably the best place to go? Or should we just activate the tickets on the morning of the EMM? I guess I was afraid of how long that might take and didn't want anything to delay us.

Also, do we all have to go in order to get the tickets activated or could just the lead person on the reservation go?

Just curious what you would do in my shoes. Thanks!

The lines are short at the guest relations booths at the parks in the evening. I like the Guest relations booths at Epcot and at the International Gateway. But any of them would be fine except MK. That one always has long lines.

Majority of shopping will be long over by Saturday when you get there. It dies down a lot come Friday afternoon. So I wouldn't worry at all about Black Friday (Thursday) crowds.
