Which grocery store do you use?

Going to VWL in 2 weeks and want to stop on the way from the airport with the towncar we hired, was wondering which grocery store everyone uses. Would like to pre order and just pick up, I remember a thread about this awhile back, but can't remember the names of the food stores there. thanks!

I use either Publix or Winn-Dixie, depending on what they have on sale. Both have stores near the WDW property.

Check with your towncar service, some companies use a specific store.

On our drive in we usually stop at Publix out by Kissimee but after that if we need anything we go out to Winn Dixie.

we usually use the Winn Dixie.. it is close and not terribly overpriced. I do prefer super wal-mart, but it can be a drive... and after driving all the way from Dallas.. that is the last thing we want to be doing.

I use the Albertson's off Orange Blossom Trail. It is on the way from the airport. You can look up their website for the phone/fax numbers and they can have your order ready for you.

There is a Super Target not too far from Publix. Prices are consistent with those we have at home in Wisconsin.

We use the Publix in the Premium Outlet Mall. Stores was new about 2 years. About a 5 minute ride from OKW. Big clean and bright, in and out in a flash.

We also stop at the Albertson's. If I remember, they have an unmanned toll booth at the exit that takes exact change only, for 50 cents. Last time, we missed the exit and ended up buying our groceries at Goodings. Avoid that one at all costs-boy, did we get sticker shock! Next time we'll be sure not to miss that Albertson's exit again. Exact directions are on allears.net

Thanks everyone for your replies. I think the idea of ordering before and faxing your order is a great idea. This will be our first trip without a car, so we want to make sure we stop before we get to VWL. Can't wait, we will be there in 2 weeks from today!
