DH and I are planning our last trip "before children" and definitely want to stay at the GF one more time. I want it to be the trip to end all trips. Price is *sort of* a factor...we definitely are not looking to stay in any of the major suites but we are interested in the following, which would you do? Why?

*Lodge Tower
*Lodge Concierge
*Main building concierge
*Lagoon View

We have stayed in Lagoon view and in the Octagonal turret rooms (an upgrade - not looking to stay there again) Loved both, but thinking maybe something a little different.

I'm alittle confused if you mean the lodge tower room when you say octagonal or if you mean a turret suite in the main building. If you've done both the lagoon and tower room and are looking for something different, then that leaves concierge level. Based on that, I voted for the main building concierge, but lodge concierge is also very nice if that's more within your budget. I just like the ambience a little bit better in the main building. The lodge concierge feels more like a bed & breakfast though, very cozy.

I meant turret Suite in the main building...sorry...I have never stayed in lodge tower, so I do not know the difference. We were 4th floor RPC, octogonal suite...does that help?

I've stayed in a 5th floor turret suite in the main building too. I loved it, but sort of missed having a balcony.

The lodge towers have close to the same shape so that's why I was a little confused. All the tower rooms have a garden view, 2 queen beds and the extra space in the bump out is for a 2nd tv and a couch. The only lodge tower rooms which don't have a balcony are those on the top floors.

We tend to spend a lot of time at the resort, so that's why I usually stay in concierge. Sugar Loaf houses the lodge concierge and it is now full service. The only main differences between the two is that the lodge only has marina or garden views and the lounge is setup in the lobby area. As I mentioned, it's cozy and feels more like a bed & breakfast as opposed to the more bright and spacious main building lounge.

We loved the honeymoon room in the main building concierge. We could see Cinderella's castle from our balcony. The rooms are very secluded and quiet, and only a few $$ more than regular concierge.

I'll have to give Sugarloaf Concierge another look if they're full service now. When did that happen? (it's a good idea!!)
