I'm looking a nice atmosphere and peaceful lunch for our group. Huge portions of food not necessary - would rather have table service than a buffet - and characters are not needed this time, either.

Was pretty set on Tony's, then saw yet another thread about how bad it is. The menu at the Plaza looks boring - deli sandwiches mostly. What other options are there that are right in the park? thanks in advance

I think the Liberty Tree Tavern would be just what you're looking for - a lovely, quiet atmosphere, table service, no characters, and really great food with some variety. In case you're wondering, the pre-plated, all you can eat character meal is only at dinner at the LTT. Lunch has its own ala carte menu - here's a link:

I'm wanting to try both the Plaza (I love sandwiches) and Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. I saw pictures recently of LTT's lunch and it looked wonderful!

These 2 are our favorites! We ate at LTT twice and Plaza Inn once on our Thanksgiving trip. Either of these gets my vote. (But I do wish the Plaza Inn would bring back caramel on their sundaes - I don't like hot fudge.)

Liberty Tree is one of my favorite relaxing lunch spots at the MK.

Try the pot roast! It is delicious.

I agree about LTT. It's quiet, relaxing and has a nice atmosphere. The food was good (love the strawberry viniagrette). I like the different rooms you can eat in.
