Which free dining week?

Which free dining week of December will be the most crowded, the first or the second? Any opinions?

my bet is on 1st full week, beginning sunday 12/6

it's a very popular time w/DVC members due to lower points, many members do participate in DP & seems to be busier in the parks every time we visit then

i tried to book in July and wasn't able to secure a studio that week, although there were units in less popular resorts the 2nd week...saved by the FDP, i hope

The first week is also Pop Warner week on the schedule and usually when they do the Christmas parade taping. On Touring Plans, they predict the 1st week to be more crowded than the 2nd too.
