When are you traveling, and what is most important to your family, rides, shows, parades or characters?? Personal preference is going to be a big deciding factor. Do you have princess fans, or do you have boys? That would change the answer for me.
I don't think they even offer FP+ for Astro Orbiter, Triceratop Spin or the Mexico Boat ride.
I do agree with Living With the Land and in EP if you are avoiding everything with height restrictions. I might also consider Ilumniations instead.
There's a FP+ for character meet and greets that might save you a lot of time if you have a child who is a huge fan of those.
At AK, I'd go for the Safari, then at least one of the shows, and either It's Tough to be a Bug or the characters.
At MK, for a family with little one's Anna and Elsa's meet and greet, or the meet and greets with other characters might become a big priority for your family (they aren't for mine, so I don't know too much about them, but I do know that Anna & Elsa seems to be the single most coveted FP+ in the MK). You might also consider FP+ for one of the parades if you don't want to grab a spot way ahead of time. As far as the rides go, my personal priority for rides without height restrictions at would be Peter Pan, Pirates, Buzz and Jungle Cruise. For little ones and very busy park weeks like Christmas, I might add Winnie the Pooh or Tomorrowland Speedway in there as well. Peter Pan and Jungle Cruise always seem to have the longest lines for the rides that appeal most to the little ones and their family. The line at the Speedway seems to get pretty long, too, and it has always been a priority for my son, much to my chagrin.
