Which excursions do I need to stay up until midnight to book? :)

Tonight at midnight our excursion booking window opens. We are second time cruisers. Trying to figure out if any of the things we want to sign up for are ones that are so popular we need to stay up and try to book before morning. We are not reserving Palo or Remy. We are hoping to reserve the Dolphin Encounter at Blue Lagoon in Nassau for the morning session, which I know is the more popular time. We also would like to get the Elsa and Anna event. If you have experience booking either of these, could you give me your advice on whether I would be ok waiting until morning or if I should burn the midnight oil and stay up? Thank you!

It varies from cruise to cruise, how much availability there is for things. The exception is the family beach cabanas, which are reliably unavailable to non-concierge cruisers.

I recommend staying up. It's only one night, versus the possibility of not getting everything you want out of an expensive & much anticipated cruise.
