As far as the WDW
DVC resorts go, the only way to
guarantee a two bedroom with two actual queen beds in the second bedroom is to stay at OKW. Since even the studios at OKW have two queen beds (none have a sleep sofa), even the lock off 2 bedroom units will have two queen beds in the second bedroom.
While the other DVC resorts may have separate booking categories for dedicated 2 bedroom units (with two queen beds in the second bedroom), there is no guarantee that you will be assigned to one. It is possible (but not likely) that you could be placed in a lock off unit (and thus have 1 queen bed and a double sleep sofa in the second bedroom). At the BCV,you could be assigned to a dedicated unit that has a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa in the second bedroom. This has actually happened to some members, even though their confirmation letter specified "dedicated". I suspect those are relatively rare exceptions, but it does happen.
