Which Disigners personalize autograph covers??!

I have searched and searched and can't find the covers I am looking for! Can someone let me know which DISigners do the autograph covers? I had some done for my kids a few months ago and I have friends coming to visit from Germany this summer. They are going to Disney and I thought I would surprise the kids with an autograph book. If someone could help me by personalizing that would be great! I really don't care which cover I have as I think they would be happy with anything. Maybe a fab five cover for the boy (Louis) and a princess cover for the girl(Laura). Thank you so much if anyone can help me!!!

I do them (have a folder in Photobucket) but I absolutely, positively must have the dimensions up front!!

What do you mean by deminsions? I think I got a couple of things from you in the past, I would have to go look through my stuff! I just want a cover that is already done and have the names inserted. I will go back and take a look at your photobucket stuff. Luckily I have it saved to my favorites!
