Which dinner show?

We want to do a dinner show on our next trip and we can't decide which one. We have narrowed it down to Hoop Dee Doo or the Luau at the Poly. However, we are going to Kona Cafe and Ohana too, so would the Luau be overkill? Or would you recommend something totally different?

I reccomend Hoop Dee Doo. It's a riot of a show and the food is delicious! I have nothing against the Poly, but I just think the HDDR is a good ol' family show and is very guest interactive. Have fun whichever you choose!

Another vote for the Hoop De Doo. It's really a lot of fun, and it will give you a different feel than O'hana and Kona.

HDDR is the best! Even my dear father-in-law, who is hard to impress, loved this show and insisted that we go again on our next trip. It is fun for all ages (we had ages 10-81), and the food is great!
We have done both the luau and HDDR...although the luau was something to see, once was enough. The HDDR can be seen over and over and over again!

HOOP DEE DOO!!!! I think it is the most fun of the two shows DIsney offers!!! The food is also really good.

It depends on where you are coming from...
We always go to the Magic Kingdom and then take the boat to Fort Wilderness. We have gone by way of the bus once and it took awhile to get there, so I don't suggest you do that. If you have a car, driving would be the quickest way...
