Which dinner reservation should I cancel for Sanaa?

I would cancel Ohana and maybe Boma.

I love Boma and only say you might cancel it because Saana and Boma together might be too similar to each other. Not really sure as Saana isn't open yet to know what they really serve.

I just tried to make an ADR at Sanaa for March and the CM didn't know anything about it. :(

DVC members can begin making reservations Feb. 16; everyone else can Feb. 23.

I'm about to have a hissy to see a menu. We'll be staying at the AKL Villas mid-May.

Early intel says that it'll be a 1TS restaurant, but that's rumor and should be taken as such.

The official line: Named for the Swahili word for "artwork," Sanaa will feature African-inspired cuisine with an Indian touch and will be open for lunch and dinner. The restaurant will serve familiar foods prepared in tandoor ovens, along with slow-cooked specialties showcasing the flavorful spices of Africa.

I would have expected to see all of the suggestions to cancel to be Crystal Palace or Ohanas, but not Le Cellier. I've heard people express disappointment eating there on occasion, but I'm expecting a good steak for sure.

I didn't think it was good steak when I ate there last time. I had steak at Coral Reef, Kona Cafe, Jiko, California Grill, Yachtsman Steakhouse and Le Cellier during our Sept 2008 trip... Le Cellier was BY FAR my least favorite.

I would definitely dump Boma - our entire family was disappointed with this overrated buffet. Even the Zebra Domes didn't live up to expectations.

I would have picked Boma to be eliminated too but I saw OP was staying at AKV, OP may want to convience of staying at the resort...... but idk.

I would have bumped off Le Cellier because I don't order steak - whether or not the steak is good would be lost on me - but I see reports both ways (good/not so good). I was completely unimpressed with it but I did not have steak. I avoid it completely now because of the hype.

I love Boma though.
