Which dessert party for celiacs? MK or Star Wars?

Three out of five of us are celiacs. We want to see both evening shows and are considering a dessert party as a way to avoid having to stake out a spot with the crowds, but it is a pricey event if 3/5 of us can't eat much. Is one better than the other for celiacs? Are there fresh baked GF items at either dessert party? I don't want to pay $300+ (price for all 5) for a box of Lara bars and enjoy life cookies. The three of us would even be good with a selection of macarons, a mousse, chocolate covered strawberries and maybe some ice cream or something. One GF baked good would be nice...but I just don't want 2 of my 3 kids to feel like they are getting pre-packaged stuff we can have at home, when the third kid is getting a bunch of delicious amazing desserts. Anyone with recent experience?

Thanks,

Kate

I am not celiac, but I did talk to one of the Chefs, and a CM during my last Star Wars Dessert Party (Sept/Oct 2016).

(I have other food allergies)

What I learned was that if you are GF, be sure to let them know when you book the party, so that it can be noted on your reservation. Personally, I would call a few days prior to arrival to confirm that it was indeed noted correctly. When you arrive at the Party, they will have a special treat box just for GF folks, and then the Chef, or his assistant will personally take you through the lines, and point out everything you can safely eat or drink.

I presume that you would have a similar experience at MK.

Disney really does do an (overall) outstanding job of trying to take care of folks.
