Which days for which parks?

We are going the 1st week of Oct, it is not a holiday weekend. Our first three days down there will be Sun., Mon., and Tues. We want to hit US, IOA and SW. Which park would be best on each day, considering crowds?

Those days are good days for any of the parks. Go on a Sunday for Sea World and save Monday and Tuesday for Universal.
