Which days are least crowded??

My family and I will be at WDW April 18-21. That is a Sunday through Wednesday. I know that certain days are better than others as far as crowds go, I have seen it on the web somewhere but can't find it now. We will be visiting MK, Epcot, MGM, AK, and Blizzard Beach. I know this sounds like alot be I have it planned, or so I think. Can anyone help me with which days to visit a certain park or which days are to be avoided?

Mk will be crowded on the weekend. Since Sunday is a "departure" day for travellers who have to get back to work on Monday, any of the other parks should be fine. The weekdays are great times to visit MK--I'd say Tuesday.
EPCOT stays open the latest, so you could combine AK with EPCOT on one day.

Not sure if these dates are Easter Breaks--if so, all days will be hectic and the normal rules above won't apply.

Have Fun and use those Fp's for attractions and PS at restaurants!!
