Which day would you do MK the week after MLK weekend?

This will be the week after a busy Martin Luther King weekend. I'm going back and forth between doing MK on a Tuesday, Jan 19 or Wed, Jan 20. I think conventional wisdom dictates Wed would be better but they've added Evening EMH on Wed, we will be staying on sight and could take advantage. We will also be doing MK on Thursday, Jan 21.

Tuesday: Touring Plans has "5", EasyWDW has it green 1st choice
Wednesday: Touring Plans had "3", Easy WDW has it red 4th choice

Would you choose Tuesday or Wednesday to go?

That's what I like to hear! LOL! Just nervous that there may be some crowds left on Tuesday from the MLK weekend. Thanks!

I was there that week in 2014 and did MK on MLK Day (only because it was my birthday) and again on Wednesday. The crowds weren't bad on Wednesday at all. I actually didn't even think they were that bad on MLK day. Of course, the 36 degree wind chill at park opening on Wednesday may have contributed to lower crowds. Honestly, I think you'll be fine either way but I like to use easyWDW for these types of decisions.

I don't think it will matter much. Josh doesn't recommend MK on Wednesday because of EMH, but the crowds should be generally low. Read his tips on touring if you decide to go on Wed.

We go this week every year as our school has 3 days off and we take the other 2. Each year for the last 7-10 crowds have grown on this week and while compared to busier times it is slow it is not walk on like years ago. I would do Tues over the Wed. unless you are going to just do EMH and park hop.

Thank you! We went in 2005 and 2008 and there were no crowds at all! We walked onto almost everything! So when people say ohhh that's a low time just pick a day it makes me nervous! Lol!
