Which day will have larger crowds?

My family will be visiting Anaheim at the end of June and begining of July. We plan to spend three days in the parks. I know we are planning on July 1st and 2nd, which are a Tuesday and Wednesday (the 4th of July is that Friday). Would you expect a larger crowd on Monday, June 30th, or Thursday, July 3rd?
