which day which park?

We are going to both parks the weekend of Feb. 11. I know Mardi Gras is going on so which park is better for Sat. and which for Sun.? Any replies would be very helpful. thanx

I doubt it will make much difference as some people go to IoA on Mardi Gras days and then head over to Universal for Mardi Gras night.
