Which day for Palo reservation?

My kids are 9 and 10 and we have early seating. This is our first cruise. Does anyone know which day i should reserve Palo, if I don't want to miss Animators Palate with kids?

If you have early seating why not make a late Palo ressie and then you can take the kids to the resturant at normal time but either not eat (explain to server) or just have an appertiser and then take the kids to kids club if it turns out that youve booked Palos on animators night?

You could also do brunch at Palo! It is fantastic!

I had posted this very same message and got many different ideas. What I ended up doing was booking Palo for our 2nd night. From what I understand the 2nd and 3rd night are the same restaraunt, but the 3rd night is Pirate Night which I really don't want to miss. The second night I believe is considered the "dress up night" in the restaurants, so our "family" dress up night will have to be another night since we're doing Palo's that night.
